The dictionary does not properly define what a house is. The definition should read HOUSE - A building with problems. Regardless if the home is brand new or 100 years old and regardless of the purchase price, there are always problems. The fact that problems are present does not mean that it is a bad house, it just means that it is a house. All problems are correctable, you just need to be aware of what they are so that you can make a informed buying decision.
